Both Ingber and Block-Ellert began their careers in the real estate industry in the 1980’s in New York City, arguably one of the most competitive markets in the nation. Ingber began her career over 20 years ago as a Closing Coordinator for one of Manhattan’s most notable builders, and through dedication and hard work, she was later named Director of Sales & Marketing. In 1991, she was invited to join The Sunshine Group, New York City’s prominent luxury residential sales and marketing organization at that time and earned the title as Senior Vice President. Block-Ellert started a promising career in real estate sales with a renowned New York sales and marketing company. It was not before long that she was recruited to manage the sales force for several prominent New York properties. Following her success, she was also invited to the join the Sunshine Group as Director of Sales, and later became Broker of Record for Florida.
In 1993, Ingber and Block-Ellert were asked to open the Sunshine Group, Florida division. Together they pushed the limits of traditional real estate sales by identifying new markets, creating niches, and ultimately creating a cost-effective marketing strategy for their clients. They headed several prestigious developments such as Il Lugano in Palm Beach (Ceebraid Signal Corp.), The Resort Residences at the Ritz-Carlton in Key Biscayne (Carnival Resorts), The Gables Club in Coral Gables (M. Kovens Development), The Palms on Fort Lauderdale Beach (Plaza Properties), and The Water Club on Longboat Key (TIshman Speyer). Based on a long-standing friendship and a vast knowledge and understanding of the high-end real estate market, Ingber and Block-Ellert formed Premier Sales Group headquartered in South Florida in 2000.
